See how peaceful life is when you are not engaging in race wars online? In the past few months, there have been several viral videos of white and Asian women engaging in racist behavior publicly. Seeing all of these videos of white and Asian women screaming slurs erratically and looking like patients straight out of a mental asylum reminded me that this is the exact sort of imagery I do not want to see of Black women. The way those Black women behaved in that video of the racist Asian lady screaming slurs in their face is exactly how I want all Black women to respond when being baited into a race war. Stay calm, stay collected, and most importantly, stay composed. Donald Trump stuck to his words and has started to mass deport thousands of illegal immigrants in the United States. I find myself asking one question and one question only. Why are Latinos and liberal Black women all over social media asking Black women to help illegal immigrants escape their fate? Despite the fact that almost every demographic on this planet participates in misogynoir, there are still so many Black women who refuse to stop muling for people who clearly do not like them. The constant uplifting and defending of groups who despise Black women has got to be a very powerful form of Stockholm syndrome at this point. If there is one thing Black women should take away from the 2024 elections, it should be understanding that every man is out here for themselves. Why did it take a biracial Indian woman losing a presidential election for you all to realize that you should not be concerning yourselves with any social or political movement that does not affect Black women specifically? I am not surprised that Kamala Harris lost nor am I angry that Donald Trump won. This is America. Any Black woman still surprised by the beliefs of the citizens that dwell in this country are naive and foolish.
